21 DAY FAST EXPERIENCE
We are so excited that you have decided to start the year off by drawing closer to your Father in Heaven. When praying and fasting, use this time to hear from the Lord and to pray for specific areas in your life, your family, your church and your community. May God bless you and your family.

During this time, we are encouraging you to do the following:
1. Seek Intimacy With God
2. Spend time with God through
3. Prayer
4. Reading the Bible
5. Silence to hear from God

BREAK STRONGHOLDS
Break unhealthy habits that hinder you from discovering Great God
Opportunities. Abstain from things that may hold you back or press you down from taking part in and leading Great God Opportunities.

DISCIPLINE YOUR FLESH
  • STOP TODAY whatever stronghold you have identified that needs to be stopped.
  • Create boundaries that will help you not indulge in this stronghold.
  • Create a new routine that will steer you away from this stronghold.
  • Identify accountability people that will help you steer away from this stronghold. Ask them to check in with you on a daily basis, then every few days. Then weekly, then every other week, then monthly.
 This process can take years. Begin doing things that move you closer to God.

JOIN A LIFE GROUP
Journey with a few people while you go through the 21 Day Fast Experience.
Meet up with a group of people gaining insight, encouragement and prayer as you meet weekly.

The entire 21 Day Fast Experience is centered around us becoming more disciplined in our lives and learning how to commit our bodies to God.  The 21 Day experience will be broken into 4 sections.

To begin a discipline, you must first stop doing the things that hinder you and then figure out what you should be doing, The challenge is usually in stopping whatever is hindering you from moving closer to God. Once you stop, however; new patterns and routines can begin. Consider filling what you used to do with time with God. This could be reading a devotion, joining a life group, finding a mentor, drinking lots of water, reading a new book, joining a gym, identifying an accountability partner, and the list goes on. Make room for God to fill you.
