These five hills we die on are hills that we are continuously climbing in the life of Compass.  We will never stop climbing them.  These are hills that we place a great level of value and importance to.  We live them out whether together or apart because each of us strive towards a place of excellence in each of them.

Outward Focused
We seek to make life less about us and more about others.  We must reach out to those on the outside of the church.

Relationship
We believe that being in relationship with others is vital for our existence because it helps us learn more of who God is and who we are.

Growth
We believe that we all have areas that we need to grow in.  We are not complete.  Therefore, we seek to grow in our maturity in Christ.

Creative Worship
We work effortlessly to create an environment that is different every time we come to worship God.

Serving
We all have gifts and strengths that we put into action: making coffee, holding doors, helping with children, singing, teaching students, caring for the broken hearted….  We do all of this so that people to see the face of God.  We must serve others in some way.
