You may set up an automatic ongoing debit option from your bank account. Just download the form below, complete all the information and mail to the address listed at the bottom of the form. A receipt for tax purposes will be mailed to you following the end of the calendar year.
One-time Donations:
You may also make a donation to Compass via PayPal. By clicking on the button below, you will be taken to a page where you can make your donation via a secure on-line transaction. You may either use funds from an existing PayPal account or donate using your major credit card.
